Product Overview
The new season decaf comes from a friend in Colombia, Elias Bayter. He runs an export company with his father Shady and grows, process and exports not only their own coffees but those of the neighbouring farms as well. This is a combined partner lot where they opted to decaffeinate using the sugar cane method, and boy is it a treat for your taste buds.
Expect an all-rounder, with peachy orchard fruits up front, held together by a toffee backbone and tied up with a sweet cinnamon note. Brilliant as filter or espresso.
