Did you know it is a legal requirement to have your name & address present on some form of ID, such as a name tag, on your dog at all times when in a public place? The Control of Dogs Order 1992, states that unless these details are present, your dog can be treated as a stray and you can be fined up to £5000.

Customisation
Front - Can be customised to show your pet's name, I'm Chipped or other short statement of your choice.
Back - Can be customised to include your personal details. The legal requirement is to include the owners name and address (house number and postcode is fine). We also recommend including your phone number for a quicker resolution if your pooch gets lost!
