Product Overview

Blossom was founded in June 2020. Their mission is simple, in wanting people to fall in love with speciality coffee and encourage them to be part of a movement that helps to protect it for future generations.

Blossom has ambitions to nurture long lasting relationships with select countries and select producers. They believe that through providing more stability for producers, the quality of the coffee they are buying will improve over time and by taking a long-term approach, they are building mutually beneficial and ultimately sustainable relationships, with those responsible for producing their beautiful coffees.

This month, we’ve selected an amazing coffee from Blossom. This is a Washed process, Pink Bourbon variety coffee, produced by a group of smallholders in the Suaza region of Colombia. This is an outstanding introduction to the coffee produced by the Divino Niño group in Suaza.

This coffee is beautifully balanced, well-structured, and clean. Pink Bourbon is renowned for its crisp acidity, and this coffee is no different. You can expect a vibrant, juicy profile with tasting notes of blood orange, stone fruits, and a deep honey sweetness.
