A delicious, fruity decaf from a collective of farms in Colombia.
All decaf coffee has to be processed in order to remove the caffeine and there are several ways to do this. One of the best ways in terms of flavour and environmental impact is the Sugar Cane method. After the usual processing methods, the green coffee gets soaked in hot water before an extract of sugar cane is added which dissolves the caffeine. This approach leaves as much of the natural character of the coffee intact as possible resulting in a clean, juicy cup of coffee without keeping you up too long.
